W & M Properties. Wholly owned by its Chairman, Peter L. Malkin,
and its Vice Chairman, Anthony E. Malkin, and founded by Lawrence A.
Wien and Peter L. Malkin in 1965, W & M Properties and its affiliates
represent four generations of one family's involvement as owners
and operators of real estate and fiduciaries for partnerships and
financial institutions involved with real estate.
