Technology:

Expedition by Primavera for project management/contract administration, SureTrak by Primavera for critical path method (CPM) scheduling, Timberline for estimating, and Timberline Gold for job-cost control accounting. All project managers, superintendents, accounting staff, and estimators are trained in the use of these, and other, software. Every employee at W&M Construction has his/her own PC, and hand held PDA.

Communication:

Nextel Telecommunication Systems, remote e-mail via Blackberry, pagers by Cingular, and 24-hour voicemail ensure that our personnel are accessible and are in-touch with client projects at all times.

Project Safety:

All project managers and field superintendents maintain current certification and training in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA regulations for the construction industry.
