A new lobby was built by W&M Construction at 711 Westchester Avenue when the owner decided to relocate the main entrance to the former rear of the building. W&M Construction renovated the entire 120,000 sq. ft. building and assisted in pre-construction and design development coordination.

The company honed its construction management and general contracting skills effectively during the most difficult period in commercial real estate's recent history.
