Construction of new additions and renovations to an existing facility.

W&M delivered the project under budget and using the savings, was able to help the client make improvements to existing classrooms and install all new windows.

All construction was performed while the building was occupied. W&M minimized the construction impact to school operations by maintaining regular communication with the school and the City of Norwalk.

Renovations included all new roofing system, elevator, sidewalks and playground, parking area expansion, and improvements to existing classrooms and restrooms.
